Hola. Family. This week has been super duper. We have been working super hard and it makes me extremely tired. But thats ok cause thats why im here. I keep telling my companion i can sleep in three weeks. and she just gets furious cause shes just starting. sorry for you. As for having a newbie as a comp she just doesnt know whats going on so I have to tell her everything to do. sometimes its cool cause she does whatever i say. sometimes it sucks cause i have to tell her everything to do. but shes super cool and I like her and shes a hard worker.
as for investigators after 2 long days sitting in the renap fighting, begging, and crying for the papers of hermano, they finally gave them too us and friday he was married and baptized. Another hermana finally got baptized as well. she makes me laugh really hard. when we first went to change into her white clothes she was just terrified and I had to drag her out of the bathroom. literally. when she got baptized everything was completely see through and you could see her polka dot bra. I guess she lied when I told her to put a white tank top under her shirt and she said she did. Also I guess she lied when she told me she brought a towel cause she definitely didnt and just had to put her clothes on soaking wet. then after she got baptized shes like what now I am just supposed to go back out there and act like nothing happened? we were laughing our heads off and had to drag her out of the bathroom again.
Weve got some new investigators that seem somewhat positive. we will see how that goes. Oh and Another hermano punked us and didnt show up for his baptism. we havent been able to find him since.
Outside my house there is a one legged man who sits on the curb everyday and blows his whistle really loud and writes something down in his notebook every time a bus drives by. I havent figured out why yet. but I dont think he knows why either. so I probably wont ask.
Our bishop is super awesome and he really enjoys having audience participation in sacrament meeting. I feel weird everytime he asks someone to stand up and give their input or answer a question.
This week I ate cow nerves. They werent that bad in flavor. But its just like this nasty chewy thing so i wouldnt really recommend it. I stopped there though and decided not to eat the cow eyes that the hermano was eating and was just laughing his head off at me. yum.
Tomorrow is november first. That means fiambre. Oh joy. As for those of you who dont know what that is just picture every kind of meat you can think of mixed together with beets and vinagre. delicious.
